The Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu,has joined other Nigerians to commiserate with members of the Synagogue Church of All Nations on the death of the founder of the ministry, Pastor T.B Joshua.
The Nigerian Senator made this known in a condolence message issued in Abuja, mourned the renowned preacher and evangelist and stressed that he would be greatly missed by his followers.
“He will be remembered as a notable spiritual leader with a passion for empowering the poor and vulnerable in the society.
“We mourn him. His death is shocking and painful. He was committed to spreading the gospel of God through his religious and philanthropic platforms” Senator Orji Uzor Kalu said.
Prophet T.B Joshua died on the 6th of June, 2021, few days to his 58th birthday.
The remains of the televangelist and founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations was brought to his church premises in a glass casket on Thursday, 8th of July for the lying-in-state-ceremony which was attended by his family, church members, and top dignitaries.
