Emenike married former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria winner Iheoma Nnadi in 2016.

The couple welcomed their 1st child in August 2017.

They had their 2nd child on 13 March 2020.

Emmanuel Emenike is the cousin of US international and Barnsley F.C. striker Daryl Dike.
