The Ogun State Government led by Prince Dapo Abiodun is at the moment reconstructing the Atan-Lusada-Agbara Road.
In a statement on the state’s official Instagram handle @ogsgofficial, the state government has commenced the reconstruction of the roads which were said to be in deplorable condition before Prince Dapo Abiodun’s led administration came on board.
The post reads;
“The Ogun State Government led by Prince Dapo Abiodun – MFR is at the moment reconstructing the Atan-Lusada-Agbara Road.
“It’d be recalled that the road was met in a deplorable condition when the Administration came on board in 2019.
“In response to the plight of residents and road users, the Government has mandated the contractor in charge to deliver a quality road, with appropriate drainage, lighting as well as a completed Lusada Bridge, which was left half done pre-2019.
”As we speak, earthwork has begun and the 2-lane single carriageway is also being expanded into a 4-lane dual carriageway.
”The road project is a very important one, considering the road’s numerous socioeconomic relevance to people and business. The road links major cities hosting schools, bustling markets, and multinational factories.” it read.
